How it works...
1. Send us your media
Post your tapes, films, cassettes or photographs to us, or arrange local delivery. We recommend using a tracked service and packing everything securely.
2. We digitise and, if requested, restore it
Your media is carefully transferred to a modern digital format. If you choose enhanced restoration, we can also improve colour, reduce noise, stabilise footage, sharpen detail and carry out other appropriate restoration work.
3. Choose how you receive your finished files
We can return your digitised media electronically via a secure download link, on a USB memory stick, on DVD, or using a combination of these options. Your original media is then returned safely to you.
Honouring your unique family legacy.
Who we are
Â
Electric Pheasant Media is a small, family-run digitisation and restoration service based in Cumbria. We offer a personal, careful approach to preserving old tapes, films, cassettes and photographs, with every item handled individually and treated with the care you would expect for something irreplaceable.
Â
We work from a dedicated home-based setup rather than a large commercial processing centre, allowing us to provide a more personal service and maintain close control over every stage of the process. By combining modern digitisation and restoration technology with careful handling and attention to detail, our aim is simple: to help you preserve, rediscover and enjoy your memories for years to come.
